Emerald Necklace Conservancy

Working to protect, restore, maintain, and promote the landscape, waterways, and parkways of the Emerald Necklace Park System.

Better Transit Without Trolleys

Working to improve transit service in Jamaica Plain, particularly the Route 39 bus.

Jamaica Plain Historical Society

Sponsors occasional lectures and a regular weekly series of walking tours during the summer. The Society maintains an archive of books, maps, and photographs.
